ISO/IEC 27001:2005
ISO/IEC 27001 is an information security management system qualification which defines policies and procedures involving precise controls
affiliated with business's information risk management methods. This includes physical, legal, and technical controls. It also defines security
policy and the depth of information management systems including the evaluation of recognized risks, developing applications, and selecting and
implementing controls. The principal objective of the ISO/IEC 27001 certification standard is internationally recognized for ensuring the highest
possible information security in business to business relation and securing a company’s confidentiality.
ISO 2001:2008
The ISO 9001 quality standard is the most extensively recognized and established Quality Management System (QMS) framework worldwide. This
standard forms various requirements which support the backbone for Tracking Innovations. It assists in accommodating the expectations of new and
existing end users as well as maintaining customer gratification. Quality Management is composed of principles, one of which being ISO 9001. This
principle outlines continual improvement of overall performance.
FCC
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is a United States government agency which manages, organizes, and regulates local, global, and
national television, radio, cable, wire, and satellite communications. These regulations were created by the Commission in 1934. The primary areas
of ambitions of the FCC include homeland security, broadband competition, modernizing the FCC, public safety, media, and spectrum. Businesses which
become FCC Certified are responsible for being in compliance with the rules and regulations of this certification. The FCC certification assists in
assuring that a communications system is operated without any interferences or distractions. Tracking Innovations Real Time Tracking System is
certified by the FCC under sections US CFR Title 47, Chapter I, FCC Part 15 Subpart C, and FCC Part 15 CFR Title 47: 2008.
CE Marking
The CE marking is required for goods being sold or exported within the European Union (EU) market. Enduring a CE marking/certification ensures that
a product has met health requirements, environmental requirements, and consumer safety of the European Economic Area. (EEA) Exporters would be deprived
of entry into the European markets without a CE marking. If a product does not meet the requirements of the CE certification, the product is subject
to be held within the state borders of the European Union in addition to being rejected admittance into the European Union. Ultimately, companies which
have products that are CE marked are accountable for adhering to the rules and regulations which coincide with this certification. Tracking Innovations
Real Time Tracking System is CE certified under sections CENELEC EN 55022:2006, CENELEC EN 55024: 2003, ETSI EN 301 489-1 V1.8.1 (2008-04), ETSI EN 301
489-3 V1.4.1 (2002-08), ETSI EN 301 489-17 V2.1.1 (2009-05), ETSI EN 300 440-1 V1.5.1, ETSI EN 300 440-2 V1.3.1, 2004/108/EC EMC Directive, and 1999/5/EC
RTTE Directive.
Industry Canada (IC)
The Industry Canada (IC) certification is for radio and thermal telecommunications equipment. This certification is for businesses which import or
manufacture equipment/products utilizing radio or thermal technology in Canada. The IC certification declares it is mandatory for any radio or thermal
telecommunications equipment used must meet technical requirements and be in correspondence with departmental standards and legal requirements. Any radio
and thermal equipment used in Canada must endure testing to establish compliance with the IC certification. The IC certification assists in assuring that
a communications system is operated without any interference. Tracking Innovations is IC certified under section Industry Canada RSS-210, Issue 7: 2007 as
required for Category I Equipment.
UN Manual of Tests and Criteria
The UN Manual of Tests and Criteria is comprised of the United Nations recommendations on procedures, criteria, and test methods for transporting
dangerous goods. The manual covers dangerous goods which are grouped into nine classes and sub-grouped into divisions. The most generally known dangerous
goods are allotted a UN number and lesser known dangerous goods are given generic codes, and both are recognized internationally. Furthermore, it includes
information on model regulations and chemicals which contain physical hazards according to the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of

The patent is allotted under primary class 705/333: Cargo tracking apparatus, system and method. Additional classes include 702/28 and 340/961.
